Jazz meets drum&bass based on ancient Russian ritual songs.

The music of Eto_x could only appear in Berlin, where East meets West, with its multinational, vibrant club culture, today one of the most intriguing on the planet.
Shrovetide carneval, summer solstice or harvest rites - the ritual songs of Russian village lifeitraditionally sung a cappella by women,are the musical foundation, on wich «eto_x» creates its own contemporary sound. It includes along with traditional peasant singing drum&bass grooves catchy progressive bass lines, jazz improvisations, sampling and electronic effects.
